Don joined the Board in May 2022.
He brings considerable experience to the board having previously served on numerous boards of the churches in which he has been active as well as the boards of several pregnancy resource centers, both in Milwaukee, and in Wausau since relocating to Wausau in 2001.
As a practicing attorney, he brings 49 years of legal experience to The Hagar House as well as a compassionate heart of service.
Don is married with four sons and six grandchildren. His license plate reads “1 of 7000”
Each one of these people has been called to be a light in their own way, to serve The Hagar House and free each Central Wisconsin single mom from cycles of crisis.. They come from all walks of life, with vastly different backgrounds, all with one common goal; to free single mothers from cycles of crisis through a Christ-centered community. Please join us on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 at Doepke Park for our 5K Color Run/Walk through the beautiful streets of Rib Mountain! This event will help raise money to support The Hagar House and its mission to help free single mothers from cycles of crisis through a Christ-center community. As always this event will be Kid & Stroller friendly so please bring out the whole family to enjoy and help support a great cause, but please leave your furry friends at home. Thank you for your understanding and hope to see you on 9/14/24! Registration will be open until 9/12/24 however, if registering on or after 8/27/24 a T-shirt may not be guaranteed so please register early and reserve your appropriate size!
